Marketing SOPs
We’ve broken this down into two clear parts:

Sales SOPs
Sales can get messy without structure, so we’ve created a smooth process based on how the
call was booked:

Onboarding SOPs
Once the client is ready to work with us, we make sure the onboarding is premium-level:
✅ We invite them to a Jira or ClickUp project (for task tracking)
✅ We set up a Slack channel for direct communication
✅ We provide them with a welcome kit and clear next steps
Client Delivery SOPs
This part is handled by our Tech Lead and Project Manager:
• Define project scope and timelines
• Assign tasks and track progress on Jira or ClickUp
• Keep regular check-ins with the client
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth executive
Post-Delivery SOPs
Just because a project is finished doesn’t mean our job is done:
✅ Extra QA process – We check everything thoroughly
✅ Client feedback – We ask for detailed feedback
✅ Smooth experience – Ensure the client is 100% satisfiesd
Maintainence SOP
If the client has a 6-month maintenance contract (or any time period):
✅ We create a maintenance channel
✅ Assign a dedicated maintenance team
✅ Handle any bugs or updates promptly
Legal SOPs
